Bridge Legal is a relatively simple concept. Our name just about sums us up; we see ourselves as the bridge between employer and potential employee and vice versa.
We are slightly unusual in that we don’t court the attentions of everyone. In fact, unless you’ve been referred you might not have heard of us as we do tend to keep a bit of a low profile. An odd choice for a business you might think, but we have our reasons.
We can’t help everyone and we don’t want to waste anybody’s time, especially yours. We work in an informal way and tend to concentrate on highly commercial, business minded candidates with the type of personality that firms in our sector are always telling us they need but struggle to find.
As an independent agency that doesn’t employ huge swathes of junior consultants with the pressure of large targets to hit we have the luxury of being able to concentrate on a handful of projects at any one time which allows us to devote great attention to the task at hand and execute a detailed plan. Whilst labour intensive from our point of view, we have found this approach to be highly successful for everyone involved and we have an extremely high “hit rate”. That’s why we have relationships with our clients that have lasted for years and have yielded countless referrals for us.
