With a client base like ours, we need to focus on finding candidates with a commercial edge which includes an appreciation of things from the firm’s point of view. We have a large database of candidates that fit this profile, many of whom are referred to us by like-minded former colleagues who’ve worked with us themselves.

Our understanding of what firms in our sector are looking for when it comes to their people coupled with an ability to think laterally are really the secrets of our success. Our clients trust us and we have personal relationships with firms stretching back years. We’re the first, and in some cases only, port of call for many of them (see our testimonials) whether that be regarding specific needs or just a general chat about the market.
What We Don’t Do
In the first place, we won’t waste your time or that of candidates. We’re not in the business of throwing out a hundred CVs and hoping one sticks and will only ever contact you with well sourced people we think can add something to your business or that fit your particular specification.
It’s Not For Everyone
We’ve made our reputation through consistently hitting the mark with only the most commercial candidates. We’re not a large recruitment agent with dozens of junior people looking to hit their targets - our business model allows us to work in a different way. Concentrating on a limited number of projects allows us to devote the time and attention needed to get things right. It’s labour intensive from our point of view but this type of bespoke approach is really what we’re all about.
